The Banana Pancakes are YUMMY!
The Beach Bar Cafe, near the pool, is open from 7am and our chef, Lolia, is famous for her Banana Pancakes and delicious cakes. We serve all day snacks & meals and there’s a Pikinini (Kid’s) Menu too.
Picnic on the Beach!
Ask Aunty Alice in the Beach Bar to make you up a picnic basket and head off to Eton Beach for the day to swim in clear blue waters and lunch on fresh rolls, fruit & some sweet treats!
Feast like a Local!
Melanesian Feast Night is lots of fun with your chance to sample the local dishes and try a ‘shell of kava’. There’s lots of food, music, dancing and fun and the String Band musicians are great.
Eat Out or Order In
There are lots of great restaurants in and about Port Vila to try and if you feel like a night in, the Beach Bar will bring your dinner over or the local pizza shops will deliver to your door.
Be Paddled to Dinner!
Vila Chaumieres, a long-time favourite, is just down the lagoon from us so if you want a romantic evening, we will paddle you down to their overwater restaurant in our outrigger canoe.
Put Your Catch on the Barby!
Throw a line into the lagoon and reel in some fresh fish. Our chefs will prepare them for you to put straight onto the BBQ. If you don’t have any luck, there’s always plenty of tender Vanuatu beef to sizzle.
